I walk alongside women who have experienced pain, trauma, or cycles of brokenness, offering a safe place where they are seen, heard, and gently led back to the heart of God.

A little about me

My name is Tawni Carney. I’m a single mom of three, and I bring my own testimony of faith and perseverance to everything I do. I studied fashion design and have started and run multiple small businesses, training and developing teams along the way. Creativity and leadership—especially as a children’s pastor—have been major roles in my life.

Behind the scenes, women’s ministry—and especially mother’s ministry—has always been my true focus. No badge or title needed, just a heart to walk alongside women and families navigating life’s challenges. Most recently, I built Gang of Arrows, equipping children with life skills like sewing, design, gardening, and more, guided by the motto: “Our hands are made for good.”

Today, I am following God’s call into full-time ministry, focusing on supporting families and women emerging from abusive patterns and trauma. My heart is to offer mentorship, prayer, and practical support so families can experience hope, healing, and restoration.

I’m honored to work with Eagles Wings Global, a nonprofit founded in 1988 with one clear mission—to bring hope and healing to women leaving domestic abuse behind.
